My journey into vessels started through taking an online course with the amazing Lorna Crane in 2023. Exploring printing my own fabric and then recreating into three dimensional vessels, layering fabrics, embellishing with hand stitching adding to the story. I took these ideas then to my Moroccan memories and created my Moroccan memory vessel in fabric complete with hand stitched fossils and animal tracks I would find in the sand early in the morning.

My most recent journeys with vessels have been with the sea kelp and other sea weeds found on my morning beach walks. I love when drying they add their own unique style to each piece.
