Shipping Policy

·         Art and products purchased through the Annette Fuller Art website will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.

·         A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order via email from Annette Fuller Art.

·         Annette Fuller Art will pack each item accordingly for shipping, dependent on size, weight and fragility.

·         Packaging and sending of your purchase will take approximately 3-5 working days.

·         To obtain a shipping quote for outside of Australia, contact Annette Fuller Art through the Contact page (see below). For original artwork to be sent overseas, the canvas will be removed from the frame and sent in a tube to minimise shipping costs to you.

·         Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking number and/or any relevant shipping details.

·         Received orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation from Annette Fuller Art. If Annette Fuller Art agrees to alter or cancel an order, you, the client, must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Annette Fuller Art in connection with the alteration or cancellation.

·         Annette Fuller Art reserves the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

·         Annette Fuller Art uses Australia Post or courier, depending on each item and delivery location.

·         You, the client, will be responsible for any import requirements, restrictions, licences, duties, taxes or government charges that may apply if shipping outside of Australia.

·         As delivery is done by an external party, Annette Fuller Art cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.

·         Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided, any additional charges will be at the client’s expense.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Refund Policy

Annette Fuller Art offers clients a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the artwork, should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person. We understand that when you get your purchase home, sometimes it may not look like you thought it would in your space. The refund process is:

·         The client is required to email Annette Fuller Art with their request to return the art immediately.

·         The artwork must be repackaged as it was delivered, using the same packaging material and be clearly labelled.

·         The client is responsible for the cost of return shipping, using the same method as the delivery, including a signature on delivery and insurance on the delivery.

·         A refund will be issued upon receipt of the art if it is received in the condition it was sent.

·         If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally from the artist, the client will have the cost to repair the art/product subtracted from their refund.

·         If any custom framing was added, this cost will not be refunded.

·         Returns are not available on prints, Limited Edition Prints, Prints or products due to their nature and that they are printed as required, are considered a final sale once purchased and shipped.

·         Returns are not available for any art or product purchased during a sale. Any item purchased during a sale is considered final sale once purchased and shipped.

·         Returns and/or refunds received for art damaged during shipment are done on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Annette Fuller Art as soon as you receive the product to determine the process for this. It may require you to submit a claim to the delivery company. At times, depending on the piece, they may be covered as part of the insurance of the delivery. If this is the case, the client will be covered for any damaged art bought from the Annette Fuller website upon return of the damaged product, if Annette Fuller Art has requested the item to be returned. If you believe the artwork will be damaged based on the package when you receive it, you must take photographs of the package before opening and then further photographs as you open the piece.
